LANDFORMS Review, a WINNER, & a GIVEAWAY!!

Good Sunday Morning :)  I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend!!!  I wanted to share something that I am hoping to do this week with my class.

We finished learning about Landforms but as we get to the end of the year, I am always for looking for ways to review different skills with my kiddos and let them have a little fun in the process...and this is going to be a great way to assess what they remembered about Landforms and Bodies of Water.

I, of course, had to create a Flip-Flap book because I am obsessed just lovin' them right now....can you tell?? LOL

So here they are in all their cutie patootie loveliness :)

Each page flips open and there is a landform picture and lines to write a description about each landform.  There are 8 landforms included in this book.  But I also made a Landforms Flip-Flap Book that can be personalized with any landforms that the students/teacher chooses.  My little ones are going to love it :)  The Bodies of Water Flip-Flap Book includes a river, lake, waterfall, and ocean.  If you are interested in this unit, you can check it out in my TPT Store :)

Would you like to WIN my newest Landforms and Bodies of Water Unit??  If so, complete the Rafflecopter below!!!!!

Thanks again for stopping by!!

Your booklets are always so cute. I was even inspired to make one to go with a story about ants in our reading book...same work we would have normally done, but much more appealing!

Would love to win your landform book...we are starting them in two weeks.

My favorite unit of study is plants.

I love these flipbooks. I have some on my TPT wish list. I love teaching life cycles. We have done the butterfly and watch and jotted the whole process from caterpillar to painted lady butterfly.

This year, life cycles will be accomplished within the Content/library specialist part of our week. I will inquire if we can make daily observational visits. There will be the life cycle of chicks, frogs, and butterflies.

Jeanne :) hope I win

These flap books are soooo cute! I know my kiddos will love them! I am a fellow second grade teacher. My MOST ABSOLUTE favorite thing to teach is Space... it is not technically in our curriculum, but it is a great high interest topic that you can pull so many other skills into!
